Huge Lush Haul

Lush had after Christmas sales and one of my (I use the term loosely) new years “resolutions” is to try and relax more and have more baths. Maybe I’ll start meditating. Who knows. Aaaanyway, I digress.

I bought some (read: a lot) of Lush goodies and I thought I’d share with you what I bought! There are a few Christmas themed ones because they were on super sale and I’m always for a seasonally inappropriate soak.

Think Pink – Bath Bomb

“No thinking cap is needed to realise that this candy-flowered bath companion truly adores you. Pop it into warm water and revel in the pinkened sweet tonka and comforting Fair Trade vanilla pool that unfolds. A sunny note of neroli oil complements soothing lavender to create a cheerful, yet calming heart-spangled soak.”

Ickle Baby Bot – Bath Bomb

“A gentle lavender bath bomb to relax children before bedtime. This is a bath bomb designed to look after young children’s delicate skin, and is so gentle it’s suitable for babies over six months. Its aromatherapy oils also work to soothe irritable cherubs before bedtime. Lavender is a calming aromatherapy oil, used in traditional medicine to treat skin irritations, sunburn and insect bites.”

 Butterball – Bath Bomb

“If you have dry, sensitive or irritated skin, this is the bath bomb to replenish it. Once the cocoa butter pieces have melted, your skin will be coated by a light buttery film that smells good enough to eat. Ylang ylang is used in aromatherapy to treat stress and depression, as well as relaxing the nervous system, and relieves anger, panic and fear.”

Sakura – Bath Bomb

“A celebration of spring, bursting into a floral fragrance. Inspired by the cherry blossom in Japan, this pretty bomb is designed to evoke the burst of optimism the first sign of spring brings. Calming mimosa and jasmine oils are complemented by lemon oil and orange flower to bring to mind the smell of this colourful season.”

Big Blue – Bath Bomb

“This calming bath bomb evokes a summer’s day at the seaside: perfect for drifting off. Big Blue’s key ingredient is a type of kelp called arame seaweed, which softens in your hot bath water. Arame is rich in vitamins and minerals including iodine, which helps to regulate the metabolism. Sea salt softens the skin, helping to remove dead skin cells, while lemon oil clears the mind and, like lavender oil, is antiseptic and cleansing.”

Santasaurus – Bubble Bar

“This Brazillian Orange oil and Bergamot oil infused bubble bar creates mountains of beautifully foamy, spicy bubbles when held under the roaring streams of your bath tap. And just when you though they couldn’t be any more sensational, you can continue to marvel at these creatures for many more baths.”

Golden Wonder – Bath Bomb

“Fancy an uplifting cocktail? Cognac and zesty lime oils get this bath party started with mood-brightening scents while sweet orange oil refreshes the senses. In the water, this present-shaped fizzer unwraps itself to reveal glittering golden luster and a sparkling turquoise explosion. Don’t wait until Christmas day to bathe yourself in festive luxury.”

Reindeer Rock – Soap

“Take a trip to the snow-capped mountains of Scandinavia where packs of deer roam in search of wild lingonberry shrubs. These evergreen trees bear tart, juicy berries rich in soothing qualities that your dry, winter skin will drink up. We’ve made these sparkling bars full of the fruit to leave you refreshed, comforted and ready for the Christmas rush.”

Ruby Red Slippers – Bubble Bar

“Sometimes this time of year can make you feel like you’ve been swept up in a tornado, but just click your heels three times and you’ll be transported to a sparkling wonderland that smells of spicy carnation and sensual rose. Crumble this dainty slipper into your tub for tons of fluffy bubbles and soak away your troubles.”

I also purchased the Joy to the World gift box which included two items!

Dream Cream – Body Lotion

“This simple cream works like a dream on upset skin: cooling and soothing ingredients like oat milk, rose water and chamomile blue oil calm down hot and itchy skin. That’s why it’s one of our bestsellers, with many of you telling us it gives great relief from eczema. We steep oats in hot water to make oat milk. Oats have long been used to treat eczema and cool skin down as they contain antihistamines, and we’ve added extra nourishment in the form of rose water, cocoa butter, organic extra virgin olive oil, and vegetable glycerine.”

Santa’s Post Box – Soap

“When gray skies begin to take over, at least we have boxes of sweet, juicy satsumas to look forward to! We’ve packed this soap full of satsuma juice buzzing with enzymes and cheery citrus essential oils to brighten both your skin and your mood. Wash up and get writing your letter to Santa!”

Quite the haul! I’m looking forward to trying some of these out. Perhaps I’ll film a little bit and make a review post/video. Maybe I won’t. We’ll see!

Bye for now!
